By registering for this Hackathon, you consent to SimplifyNext ("we", "us") collecting and using your personal data (name, age, school, major, matriculation number, phone number, and email address) for the purposes of administering and running the Hackathon, including participant communications, verification, and event logistics, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Please indicate your preferences below: Your personal data will be kept confidential, used only for the stated purposes, and retained only for as long as necessary. The successful team will receive a confirmation email from NTU Career & Attachment Office.

2. Please note that photographs and/or video will be taken during the event.

By taking part in this event, you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting for the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity or other marketing means. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in our printed and online publicity, social media and press releases.

4. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organiser.
